In August it is hot in Arizona, but pinewood derby sales are very slow as the main season doesn't get into gear until December. Actually, I don't mind the seasonal slump as it gives me the opportunity to develop products for the next season and update our website at www.maximum-velocity.com. I am planning to post the updated site on or about September 1, but most of the new products will not show up until October.

But our customers will be hearing about the new products in mid-September via an e-mail. We will be offering a discount to our clients on some new Pro-Tools. And there are many other new and exciting products. So hang on ...

There's a new pinewood derby forum in town derbytalk.com. It is a full featured forum, which I expect will become the main forum for us pineheads.
